Making Education Available Everywhere

Technological advances are making an education available to individuals who have never before had access to it.  With a computer and internet access getting a diploma or certification in a certain field is attainable from rural areas that do not have colleges and universities near by.  An interested party just needs to walk into one of the centres in Northern Ontario and they can have access to numerous courses from certain post secondary institutions and they can also access Téléconférence Ontario.  With these distance Ontario learning centres people are no longer limited to the education they can receive due to their hometown location.
